1. About our services

We provide fitness coaching programs and related digital content. Programs may include workout plans, nutrition guidance, video and PDF material, community access, and check-ins. Content is delivered online, which may include via our website, email, messaging apps, private social channels, and similar means. The exact inclusions, duration, and price of each program are described on that program's page and confirmed at checkout.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or have the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian) to purchase or participate in our programs. By using our services you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into this agreement.

3. Health disclaimer and assumption of risk

Our programs are for general fitness and educational purposes only and are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. We are not your physician. Consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any exercise or nutrition program, especially if you are pregnant or postpartum, recovering from injury, or have any medical condition.

Physical exercise carries inherent risks. You participate voluntarily and at your own risk, and you are responsible for exercising within your own limits. To the extent permitted by law, you agree that we are not liable for any injury, harm, or loss arising from your participation.

4. Orders and confirmation

When you purchase a program, we will confirm your order and arrange delivery of access to the program content. Access is typically provided after we receive and verify your payment. Please ensure the contact details you provide (email, phone, and any handle required for delivery) are correct, as we use them to deliver your program and to communicate with you. If you do not receive access within a reasonable time after a confirmed payment, contact us using the details below.

5. Pricing and payments

Prices for our programs are shown on the relevant program page and confirmed at checkout, and may change from time to time. All applicable taxes are charged as required by law.

Payments may be made using the methods offered at checkout, which may include UPI, net banking, credit cards, debit cards, wallets, and other options. Payments are processed by third-party payment service providers; your use of those methods is also subject to their terms. We do not store your full card or banking credentials.

6. Access, licence, and acceptable use

On purchase, we grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to access and use the program content for your own personal, non-commercial use. Any "lifetime" or extended access refers to the lifetime of the specific program or community as we continue to operate it, and is described on the program page.

You may not share, resell, sublicense, record, reproduce, or distribute our content, or share your access with others. Doing so may result in suspension or termination of your access without refund.

7. Intellectual property

All content we provide - including text, images, videos, workout and nutrition material, and the website itself - is owned by or licensed to Nisha|Neeta Fitness and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No rights are granted to you except the limited licence described above.

8. Refunds

Purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Please review it before purchasing.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nisha|Neeta Fitness and its coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss, or for any outcome (including fitness, health, or financial results) arising from your use of our services. Results vary from person to person and are not guaranteed. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant program.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, misuse the content, or engage in conduct that harms us, our coaches, or our community.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Ajmer, Rajasthan shall have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our services.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version, with its "last updated" date, is always available on this page. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
