Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains when refunds may be available for purchases from Nisha|Neeta Fitness. Because our programs deliver digital content and access, refunds are considered on a conditional, case-by-case basis as set out below. By purchasing a program you agree to this policy.

1. Nature of our products

Our programs consist of digital content and access (such as workout and nutrition material, videos, and community or coaching access) that is made available to you shortly after purchase. Once access has been granted and content has been availed, the program is considered delivered.

2. When a refund may be considered

We may consider a refund in the following circumstances:

  • You were charged more than once for the same order, or a payment was made in error.
  • Your payment was successful but access to the program was never delivered to you, and we are unable to resolve the delivery issue.
  • You request a refund within 7 days of purchase AND you have not substantially accessed, downloaded, or otherwise availed the program content.
  • Exceptional circumstances, such as a documented medical condition that prevents participation, which we may address at our discretion through a credit, partial refund, or other reasonable resolution.

3. When a refund is not available

Refunds are generally not available where:

  • The program content or community access has already been substantially accessed, downloaded, or availed.
  • The request is based on a change of mind after content has been accessed.
  • The request relates to results or outcomes; results depend on individual effort and consistency and are not guaranteed.
  • The request is made after the period stated above, except in the exceptional circumstances described in section 2.

4. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email us at contact@nishaneeta.fitness (or message us on WhatsApp at +91 91079 10797) with your order details, the email or number used to purchase, the program purchased, and the reason for your request. We may ask for additional information to verify your purchase.

5. How approved refunds are processed

Where a refund is approved, it will be processed to your original payment method using the same channel used for payment (such as UPI, net banking, credit or debit card, or wallet). Refunds are typically initiated within 5-7 business days of approval; the time for the amount to reach you depends on your bank or payment provider.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version that applies to your purchase is the one published on this page at the time of your order. The current version, with its "last updated" date, is always available here.
