This is not where we started. This is where 10 seasons of learning brought us.

Before Core Challenge existed, we ran 10 editions of our fitness challenge - each one teaching us something new about what people actually need to see real results. What keeps them consistent. What makes them quit. What makes them come back.

Core Challenge is everything we learned - built into one structured 6-week program.

Workout format

When people around you want to do what you do and become like you, that's when you realise you're doing something right. That's exactly what's happening around me, and it gives me butterflies. My lifestyle has improved so much. Earlier I was careless about everything-diet, sleep-which led to PCOD. I'd taken plenty of medicines, but the moment I stopped, my periods would get delayed. After this challenge, my PCOD has improved, and for the last two months my periods have come on time. Working out regularly and eating healthy has helped enormously. This challenge has genuinely sorted out my PCOD, skin, sleep, and diet-and most importantly, I now know how to balance my meals.
